I have been a Rewards Choice member for a number of years and this is not how things should be handled.
The room was identical to the room we had. The front desk said we couldn’t do,that because that wasn’t a pet friendly room. I asked, why don’t we just move to that room which was down the hall from our original room. Their solution was to give a key to another room to shower in. I went to the front desk and they could not confirm that maintenance was there. After being out all day, we returned to our room and checked the shower, still no hot water. The front desk assured me maintenance would be there to fix it. We brought that to attention of the front early our first day there. The biggest issue we had was the shower had no hot water. I pointed this out to the front desk as well. The usb plugs didn’t work properly either. When tried the plugs on the nightstand, almost none of them worked. We brought the lamp to the front desk the apologized and never replaced the lamp. Once in the room my wife tried to charge her phone and the lamp pug she tried spreed and smoke came out of the outlet. The hotel is going through some renovations and they need more. We picked Quality Inn because it was pet friendly. We decided to go with another couple to spend the weekend in Mystic, CT and take in the area and see Ron White at Foxwoods Casino.
